3D Animator
We are actively seeking a 3D animator. As a 3D Amimator, you will be working directly with our game designers at prototyping, content design and feature development with a metrics-driven mentality. You will be working with a team of game developers to develop large-scale games for multiple platforms and social networks.

  • Designs and supervises the creation of game pipelines and workflows, working in conjunction with engineers and art leads
  • Animate and render game-ready assets using 3dsMax or Blender
  • Maintains or exceeds a consistent level of productivity while meeting deadlines and producing high quality work
  • Must be able to work as part a team and also on their own, taking responsibility for organizing their work within the production schedule, managing files, and meeting deadlines
  • Create custom biped and quadruped rigs.
  • Identify inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement within the creative process
  • Should have a strong understanding of classic animation principles and fundamentals

  • Must be proficient in rigging and character animation with examples of looping walk or run cycles
  • An excellent understanding of classic animation principles and fundamentals (weight, staging, timing, movement, anticipation, exaggeration, follow through, etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree in Arts, Graphic Arts, or related field is required
  • Ability to communicate visually, and to identify and define visual design issues and solutions
  • Experience in Flash including creating optimized movies, buttons, and animation preferred
  • Successful track record in developing and managing multidisciplinary art teams of more than 5 people
  • Must have professional experience with Maya or 3D Studio Max or Blender shipped titles a plus!
