Product Manager
We are actively seeking a Product Manager to lead the Product Management and Analytics Team. As a Product Management function, your position will be highly visible and vital to the company's success. You will work in a central role between the Development and the Publishing Teams to manage P&L across all our games. Your main responsibility will be to improve and maximize the key performance indicators of our games, including virality, on-boarding, retention, conversion and monetization. You will be responsible for defining a detailed product and features roadmap to achieve higher performance for user management and revenues. A great part of the job entails working directly with our game designers at prototyping, content design and feature development with a metrics-driven mentality. You will be working with a team of game developers to develop large-scale games for multiple platforms and social networks.

  • Lead inception and operation of the product management function including product specification, feature specification and deployment
  • Plan and execute product roadmap to meet goals via a weekly deployment cycle. Measure performance and adjust
  • Assume ownership of the user funnel for acquisition, retention, engagement, enjoyment and monetization
  • Help manage entire product life cycle from conception to development to release and live operations
  • Assess state of game and UI features to determine optimizations needed
  • Optimize and manage revenues (health and trends) in real-time, day-to-day, and week-to-week
  • Define, measure and analyze key success metrics and derive changes & actions
  • Manage the Analytics function to drive actionable product recommendations
  • Initiate and prioritize projects related to product management within the development team (engineering, art, UI) and track product development
  • Accountability for the performance and tracking of new features, including performing systematic a/b tests (split testing)
  • Work closely with Development Team (game designers, developers and artists) to oversee the implementation of new features and systems
  • Use a strong quantitative background to balance the math in new feature design and manage virtual economies
  • Build the ABL social gameplay playbook including repeatable models for each game in itself but also applicable across all games
  • Actively follow competitive developments and best practices

  • Outstanding analytic and quantitative skillsDeep knowledge of statistics (e.g., multivariate statistics, predictive modeling, controlled test design)
  • Superior expertise with quantitative analytics tools (Crystal Reports, Excel...)
  • Must be able to graphically create wire-frames and give interface direction to UI team
  • Passion for writing product and feature specifications
  • Experience with A/B testingProficiency with SQL queries
  • Strong knowledge of game balancing, pacing and monetization strategies
  • Operational knowledge of online and social games and related best practices
  • Experience with a web-based company managing web based applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can explain your hypotheses and conclusions to a variety of audiences
  • Innate ability to understand customers
  • Passion for playing and studying online, multiplayer and social videogames a must
  • BA/BS degree in science or in a quantitative field from a top tier school; Masters degree preferred

  • Knowledge of ActionScript3 application development
  • Experience developing games on mobile and tablet platforms
  • Experience in online, web 2.0, and social networking games
